Purpose
For what purpose do we process your personal data?
At Abinitio, we process data of visitors and users of our website, Chat, or ChatBot in order to:
- Respond to your information requests or other inquiries using the data you voluntarily provide in the contact forms available on our website, via email, or through our instant messaging channels (Chat, ChatBot, or WhatsApp).
- Respond to job applications and manage the resumes of potential candidates who contact Abinitio through the designated form.
- In the event of being contracted by a third party and acting as data processors of personal data, Abinitio will use and manage your personal data to:
- To fulfill the established contractual relationship, including (but not limited to) communications via telephone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, and/or postal mail.
How long will we keep your data?
- The data provided through forms, participation in any of Abinitio's campaigns or satisfaction surveys, or inquiries made, will be kept for as long as necessary to provide the requested service, always respecting the rights granted to users in accordance with the law.
- The data of candidates applying for a position at Abinitio will be retained for the duration of the selection process for which you have applied.
- The personal data processed by ABINITIO as data processors will be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship with their client, and in any case, for as long as the data is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or until the legally established deadlines.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for processing your data is consent when you send us a form, participate in any of Abinitio’s campaigns, or complete a satisfaction survey; legitimate interest if you send us an email with inquiries; or the contractual relationship with our client when we act as data processors on behalf of a third party.
Whenever personal data from our users is requested and before it is submitted, you must obligatorily check the box indicating that you have read, understood, and agree with our data protection policy.
The legal basis for the use of cookies is your unequivocal consent given when you first visit our website through the notice displayed.
Likewise, ABINITIO is not responsible for any damages or harm that may result from the impersonation of a third party by a user in any type of communication.

How can you make a claim?

Terms and Conditions of Use for Chat, Chatbot, and WhatsApp

Terms of Use for Chat and Chatbot
Purpose of these terms
The following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the use of the instant messaging communication channel on the website (hereinafter the “CHAT”) and on payment platforms (hereinafter “CHATBOT”) by the User (natural person who accepts these terms, hereinafter the “User”).
The current version of the Terms is made available to the User and must be read and accepted at least upon the first use of the CHAT or CHATBOT.
The CHAT or CHATBOT will allow the User to perform the tasks enabled by ABINITIO, some of which may require identification in accordance with ABINITIO’s policies.
Access and use of ABINITIO’s CHAT or CHATBOT are conditioned on the Services being operational and, if necessary, the User’s identification being completed according to ABINITIO’s policies.
ABINITIO reserves the right, in any case, to redirect CHAT and CHATBOT users to any other communication channel of the entity.
Use of the chat and chatbot
ABINITIO uses the CHAT or CHATBOT as a platform for interacting with its clients and/or non-clients (the “USER”) to provide assistance with basic inquiries, as outlined below. This list is illustrative and not exhaustive. Additionally, responses to these inquiries may be communicated through other official service channels.
Through ABINITIO’s CHAT, Users may:
- Ask questions regarding their debt
- Request information on how to pay outstanding invoices
- Communicate with an agent to arrange payment agreements
- Inquire about how to contract new services
- Apply for a job
Through ABINITIO’s CHATBOT, Users may:
- Ask questions regarding their debt
- Request information on how to pay outstanding invoices
- Communicate with an agent to arrange payment agreements
For certain procedures, the User may be asked to submit documentation via other communication channels.
Please note that for other services, you may use ABINITIO’s additional communication channels (telephone, email, postal mail).
These Terms will become binding once accepted by the User.
The USER acknowledges that when using the SERVICE, they may be communicating with an artificial intelligence-powered bot designed to handle basic and automated inquiries, and that interaction will be limited exclusively to that scope.
Conditions of use of the chat and chatbot
The CHAT and CHATBOT will be available for use from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., subject to the availability of ABINITIO agents.
ABINITIO does not guarantee the availability or continuity of the service in the event of incidents or interruptions in the normal functioning of the network.
ABINITIO may terminate these terms and block the use of the CHAT and/or CHATBOT at any time.
While using the CHAT and/or CHATBOT, users must not provide unnecessary personal data; such data will be requested by the agent only when necessary.
Users agree to use the CHAT and/or CHATBOT in accordance with the law, morality, and public order, and not for illegal purposes or in ways that may harm ABINITIO or third parties. In particular, users must refrain from introducing viruses or malicious code, as well as from engaging in any actions that could cause harm to ABINITIO.
The user shall be held liable for any damages or losses that ABINITIO may suffer as a result of breaching these terms or applicable legislation in connection with the use of these services.
Terms of use for WhatsApp
Purpose of these terms
The following terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “Terms”) govern the use of the instant messaging communication channel WhatsApp Messenger (hereinafter “WHATSAPP”) made available by ABINITIO for use by its clients and potential clients (hereinafter, the “User”).
The current version of these Terms is made available to the User and must be read and accepted at least upon the first use of WHATSAPP for communication with ABINITIO.
Communication via WHATSAPP allows the User to carry out the procedures enabled by ABINITIO, some of which may require identification in accordance with ABINITIO’s policies.
If the User is not a client of ABINITIO, the company reserves the right to redirect them to another communication channel.
If ABINITIO allows the use of this channel by non-clients, it may be used to make inquiries regarding the contracting of products (e.g., how to sign up, required documentation, etc.).
Access to and use of this communication channel is subject to the availability of the services and, where applicable, the identification of the User in accordance with ABINITIO’s policies.
Use of WhatsApp to communicate with ABINITIO
ABINITIO uses WhatsApp as a platform to interact with its clients and/or non-clients (the “USER”) to provide assistance with basic inquiries, as established below. This is an illustrative, but not exhaustive, list. Additionally, responses to such inquiries may be communicated through other official support channels.
Through ABINITIO’s communication channel, users may:
- Raise questions about their debt
- Request information on how to pay outstanding invoices
- Contact a representative to arrange payment agreements
- Inquire about how to contract new services
- Send documents to complete transactions
For certain procedures, it may be necessary to send documentation via other channels.
ABINITIO reserves the right, in any case, to redirect users from WhatsApp to any other communication channel with the entity.
Please remember that other procedures can also be carried out through ABINITIO’s communication channels (telephone, postal mail, email).
These Terms and Conditions will be binding upon acceptance by the User. Use of the WhatsApp channel will be understood as such acceptance.

Terms of use for WhatsApp instant messaging with ABINITIO
The hours of operation for this communication channel will be Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., subject to the availability of ABINITIO agents.
ABINITIO does not guarantee the availability or continuity of the service in the event of incidents or interruptions in the normal functioning of the network.
ABINITIO may terminate these terms at any time and may block the use of the phone number enabled for communication with users via WhatsApp.
During WhatsApp communication with ABINITIO, users should not provide unnecessary personal data; such information will be requested by the agent if needed.
Likewise, users agree to use the service in accordance with the law, moral standards, public order, and the rules established by WhatsApp. They must not use it for unlawful purposes prohibited by these terms, or in ways that harm the rights and interests of ABINITIO or third parties, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overload, or impair the Service.
The user will be held responsible for any damages or losses that ABINITIO may suffer as a result of non-compliance with these terms or applicable legislation in connection with the use of this service.
