Anonymous Whistleblower Protection Channel
Welcome to the Whistleblower Protection Channel established at the company
ABINITIO CONSULTING S.L. following the entry into force of Law 2/2023, of February 20,
regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and fight against corruption.
The Whistleblower Protection Channel is integrated into the Internal Reporting System of
the company ABINITIO CONSULTING S.L., regulated by the aforementioned law, the
Principles of the Internal Reporting System and whistleblower protection, and the
Procedure for managing reports under Law 2/2023.
The purpose of the Channel is twofold: on the one hand, to enable communication by persons who, in a work or professional context, referred to in Article 3 of the Law, detect serious or very serious criminal or administrative infringements as provided in Article 2 of the Law; and on the other hand, to ensure that such persons are protected against possible retaliation.
Therefore, the Channel has a subjective scope (who may submit reports) and an objective scope (the subject matter of the reports), both defined in the law itself.
For example, matters related to Human Resources, Workplace Harassment, Sexual Harassment, Gender Equality, etc., should be addressed through the channels established for such purposes by ABINITIO CONSULTING S.L. via the HR department.
We guarantee that the secrecy and confidentiality of your identity will be maintained during and after any communication you make to us.
