Job Description
In Abinitio Consulting we want to incorporate managers specialized in customer service.
We want you to be part of our project, a growing company, with multiple clients from different sectors, where our staff is the most important asset.
The vacancies offered are newly created positions, these are not one-time campaigns, we offer stability and growth within the company.
We select Administrative profiles, Commercial Managers to give support in the Back Office area for one of our clients in the Telecommunications sector.
You will join our offices located in Guitart Street (Sants), to perform the following functions:
Dept. Administrative:
- Back office (Contract review)
- Telephone Lead Management (Individuals)
- Internal Incident Management
Commercial Dept:
- B2B Telephone Sales (SMEs) Telephonic
Offered:
- Temporary + Indefinite Contract
- Intensive Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09 h 15 h / 15 to 21:00H (30H)
- Possibility to extend to full time
- Salary per agreement + Incentives
- Training provided by the company
Additional information
Minimum education
- Higher Level Training Cycle - Higher Technician in Administration and Finance
- Minimum experience of at least 1 year
- Necessary knowledge in Customer Service; Negotiation techniques; Office automation; Proactivity; Flexibility.
Minimum requirements
We require a minimum of one year of experience in the required profile. Candidates must have proactivity, customer communication skills, and flexibility.
We are looking for professionals to incorporate and develop them in our company as a way to meet the high quality standards demanded by our customers.
Demonstrable experience in the sector, at least one year or in previous positions related to customer service, sales or back office in the telecommunications sector will be an asset.
